Mark 15:2 And Pilate asked him, Art thou the King of the Jews? And he answering said unto him, Thou sayest [it].
What a title for our Lord to put His seal upon at the time when the Jews were in subjection to the Romans and He Himself a prisoner before a judge. But He is the King of the Jews --- yes, King of kings and Lord of ALL. Pilot will yet stand before Him to be Judged, and the Jewish people will yet proclaim Him as their own King. He is the Ruler. Let us give Him His rightful place as Ruler in our lives. How can we serve Him today? Perhaps in some definite prayer for the Jewish people and some testimony to them of the joy there is in knowing, loving and serving Him.
Lord, remember Thine ancient people and all who seek to make Thee known to them. Amen
