THE TRUE BREAD FROM HEAVEN

      John 6:32 Then Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Moses gave you not that bread from heaven; but my Father giveth you the true bread from heaven.

      There had been a wonderful scene on the lakeside. A great multitude of people had wound their way around the lake to meet Jesus and, after a day of preaching, they were hungry and had no food. A little lad was used of God to bring about a great miracle. Five thousand men --- beside the women and children --- were fed, and twelve baskets of fragments gathered. Moses, by God's power, brought daily bread from Heaven, but it was only temporal. Jesus is the True Bread from Heaven which, if men partake of, they live forever. He ONLY can satisfy our soul's hunger. The world is starving for the True Bread.

      Lord Jesus, help us to go forth today and feed some hungry souls. Amen.
