John 13:13 Ye call me Master and Lord: and ye say well; for [so] I am.
"Master" means "Teacher" and the authoritative Teacher He was and is. We are to Learn of Him, for He is the Truth and reveals the truth to men. He has left to us His Words of wisdom and we are to sit at His feet and Learn of Him. We recognize this position of our Lord by yielding submission to His Authority and acknowledging it daily.
