His Own Son

      "He that spared not HIs own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how shall He not with Him also freely give us all things." Romans 8:32

      "His Own Son," "His Only Son," "The Son of His Love" -The dearest, the best He gave, out of His great heart freely, lovingly, once for all to the sinful children of men, Having given us His best, will He withhold anything from Us? Why do we doubt Him? Why do we live such poor, selfish, sordid lives, when the world is so needy, when hearts are so heavy and broken? Why do we fail to appropriate what He has so freely offered us? Is there not a challenge to us here? Let us meet it today.

      "Lord, help us to believe and with joyful hearts ask for great things for a needy world in the name of Thy Son. Amen.
