"Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners; of whom I am chief." 1 Timothy 1:15
"The Anointed Saviour" came into the world to save sinners. Where did He come from? He came from the glory. Who was He? He was God, the Creator. "I came forth from the Father and am come into the world," He says in John 16:28. Sin separates man from God and separates God from man. Sin is opposition to God. Mankind is under the curse of sin and has no power to atone (make a covering) for its sin. God alone could meet the issue and solve the problem and He has. He came and bore man's sin on the cross and paid the penalty with His own blood.
We bow in Thy presence, Anointed Saviour, and pour out our souls with gratitude to Thee. Help us to live close to Thee today. Amen.
