"For such an High Priest became us...who is higher than the Heavens." Hebrews 7:26
This wonderful High Priest, the spotless Lamb of God, when He had finished His priestly sin-offering, sat down at the right hand of God. Yet we can see Him, the unchangeable Christ, with wounded hands and feet bearing testimony to His individuality and unchanging personality. Some day from the dizzy heights He will descend with a shout. His voice will ring our in glad expectancy. He is coming for you and for me. Wonder of wonders! Our faith in His finished work has sealed us forever to Himself.
Lord, Thou exalted One, we give Thee all praise and wait with glad hearts for Thy coming. Amen.
