"I am...the Almighty" Revelation 1:8
Our Lord Jesus Christ is the All-sufficient One. Listen to His voice-the "I Am" speaking to us. His voice and message demand attention and obedience. We can trust Him and trust His message. Nothing can fail of all that He says. The Bible is an infallible book. Its message is an infallible message and it says: "I will receive you and will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be my sons and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty." (2 Corinthians 6:18). And again, "He that dwelleth in the secret place of the Most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty." (Psalms 91:1.) What an abiding place for us who are His dear children!
Oh, Thou Almighty One, we submit to Thee today, and to Thine All-power. Help us to dwell with and in Thee. Amen.
