"And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship Him, whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world." Revelation13:8
Jesus was ordained from the foundation of the world to suffer upon the cross for our sins. The death of Christ has been efficacious to put away sin, from the beginning. The only means of salvation for men has been the shedding of His blood. That was foreknown and foreordained of God. What a place in our hearts should the Lamb of God have! What a place should the blood of Christ have, by which we are redeemed! For "without the shedding of blood there is no remission."
Blessed Lamb of God, we adore Thee. We praise Thy name. We rejoice that we are washed in Thy blood. Amen.
