"The Lamb shall overcome them; for He is...King of kings." Revelation 17:14
He has upon His garments and upon His thigh, the name "King of kings." Who has? The One who was born in a manger and who fellowshipped with fishermen as He longs to fellowship with us today. A sharp sword issues from His mouth-the Sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God. As His enemies fell before His presence in the Garden, so fall they then. The power of God's Word is irresistible. How foolish are they whose feeble hands are raised up against the King of kings-the Mighty One! What judgment awaits all those who oppose Him and His unerring Word.
King of kings, we bow to Thee. We follow Thee. Help us to fight the good fight of faith. Amen.
